Colorado Health & Tech Centers is a build-to-suit real estate leasing company in Colorado.
They rent lab space, medical office space, and technology offices that are designed for each firm’s niche.
Goals
A website to display the concept of a new real-estate business venture out of Colorado that would provide biotech lab space for rent and other workspace solutions for biotech and medical companies.
A clean website that would be easy to navigate for investors and partners as the building concepts are being developed.
The owner wanted for people to be able to contact him directly if they are interested in investing or renting lab space with Colorado HTC.
Outcomes
Users have thus far been impressed with the concept and building sites have been approved in varying locations in Colorado.
A steady stream of traffic has been created by the academic community which the owner has generated through his social media channels. As the buildings go up the website will evolve to be more informational and less concept based.
