MD Productions is an independent production firm based out of Los Angeles. Their work includes feature films, music videos, commercials, and web series.
Goals
This is a successful studio, but the owners kept getting asked about a portfolio from potential clients. They wanted a central location to showcase their work without having to send their clients to all the different places where their work was contained.
Outcomes
A website designed so that the owners could showcase their work or give samples when asked and a fast-loading site on mobile so that they had access to their portfolio immediately upon queries.

We break several web design principles here, so generally, we tell our client No, to a lot of things on this site, but since the owners didn’t have to worry about Google or SEO, the design was built as the owners had drawn up.
