Hutchinson Consulting is an upscale full-service hospitality consulting firm has three main business areas: Executive Recruiting, Hospitality Consulting, and Hospitality Marketing.
Goals
A site design that included a user experience with 4 user groups to consider: Executive Job Seekers, HR Personnel, Hotel & Resort Management either for property consultation needs or in search of marketing solutions.
Improve the UX for mobile users as the old site was built with only Desktops in mind.
Modern look and finding pictures that told the narrative for each section.
Outcomes
Built a parent page for each service group offered with easy to follow call to actions to move the user through the site to the contact point.
A conversion rate of nearly 8% of all site visitors.
Hutchinson has had to scale their business and hire more personnel to keep up with the demand for their services.
